Event details:

What factors have an influence on your health? Did you know that the health system only explains around 20% of our health? The remaining 80% is explained by living and working conditions that go well beyond the so-called “lifestyle factors”. For example, what influence does it have your job (C-level, mid-manager or knowledge worker) and gender on your health?

In this context an emerging trend is the “boundaryless work”? Do you know what is it? How impacts creativity? And your health? What can we do about it?

Learning Workshop  objectives are:

A better understanding of health trends in the groups more relevant to PWN (women vs. men, managers vs. non-managers, per occupation…)

  • Understanding the influence of the “boundaryless work” in health and what factors could help us to protect our health.
  • Disseminating and learning tools to better manage the “boundaryless work” at individual and organizational levels (energy management, mhealth apps, organizational practices…)

We will be using a “Research to Practice” approach: starting from a comprehensive understanding of current research on the topic to propose tools to deal with “boundaryless work” from different levels.
