As part of the “Job and body” campaign, some interesting body and mental/brain break exercises were demoed at “Wellbeing at Work 2014” organized by the National Research Centre for Working Environment (NRCWE).
All congress participants received as a welcome present an elastic band! Some communication were about benefits of job and body exercices for health and wellbeing at work. Some interventions results showed that exercices were more effective when doing them at work.
During the congress breaks, we could see many examples of job and body exercises: run around the lake, daily stair walk, elastic band exercises, meditation, brain breaks and mental pauses… In the following storify you can find out more about it.
